These Terms govern access to and use of grab. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only for media you are authorized to access and download.
1. Service
grab analyzes a user-provided media URL and, when technically possible, temporarily processes a video, audio file or subtitle for direct transfer to the user. The service is provided without an account and does not operate a permanent media library.
2. Authorized use
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your download, conversion, clipping, sharing and reuse comply with copyright, neighboring rights, privacy rights, platform terms and all applicable laws. Public availability of a URL does not automatically grant reuse rights.
3. Prohibited use
You must not use grab to bypass DRM, access private or unauthorized content, infringe third-party rights, distribute unlawful material, overload the service, automate abusive requests or attempt to compromise its security.
4. Availability and limits
Supported platforms, formats, quality and availability can change without notice. Third-party platforms may block requests or require authentication. File-size, rate and execution-time limits apply. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is guaranteed.
5. Files and links
Media URLs and generated files are processed only for the requested operation. Temporary server files are deleted after transfer or failure. Optional download history remains locally on the user’s device.
6. Intellectual property
grab, its interface, branding and original code are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Rights in third-party media remain with their respective owners.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for unlawful user activity, third-party platform changes, unavailable content, indirect loss or loss caused by service interruption. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
8. Suspension and changes
Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, users or third parties. These Terms may be updated when the service, providers or legal obligations change. The current version is published on this page.
